| Last Order Date | For guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, last order date is Friday 7th December. After 23rd November we cannot guarantee stock and advise that you have a reserve in mind. |
| Delivery Time | Delivery is normally well within 15 full working days from receipt of order subject to proof approval. Orders over 1,000 cards and colour orders can take a little longer. |
| Satisfaction Guarantee | If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will give you a full credit, replacement or your money back. We’ll even replace any postage charges you have incurred. Guarantee is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods. |
| Personalisation | Standard prices include personalisation inside the cards in one colour black ink. Alternatively, cards can be personalised in colour - please call free on 0800 616350 for a quote |
| Name On Front | There are designs which incorporate your company name onto the front of the card, keeping your name on display. Cards with this feature are highlighted. |
| Inserts | Some cards have a paper insert glued inside the card, with personalisation being printed onto the insert. This is highlighted when viewing card details. |
| Envelopes | All cards are supplied with envelopes. |
