These are our most frequently asked questions about the way Admiral Charity Cards works with the charities you love to support.

If you are a business, we can raise an invoice to be paid on receipt of goods. Otherwise, payment can be taken by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.

You can support a UK registered charity who will then receive 10p+VAT per card you order. Your chosen charity’s details will be printed on the inside left page of your cards. (If you wish to remove the charity imprint, we can do so. Your donation will still go to your chosen charity). More detailed information about our charity donations can be found here.

Orders are dispatched within 7 working days from approval of your proof. If you need your cards sooner, please call us on 01933 425848 to discuss your needs with us. More detailed information about delivery can be found here.

All customers can enjoy free delivery to one UK mainland address. We also deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands for an additional £10. European and Worldwide delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Please supply us with the address for your delivery and quantity of cards and we will arrange a fast quote.

Absolutely. We will email you a PDF proof of your card before it goes to print. Need to make amendments? No problem. We can adjust your proof and send it back to you free of charge.

You will receive your PDF proof within 24hrs of us receiving your order.
